Hope For Your Honeymoon

You have spent endless hours researching online and reading tons of reviews for that perfect location for your honeymoon. Your best friend recommends a resort where she spent her last Spring Break that allowed them to sleep 6 in a double room. You’ve also been looking at that amazing resort your boss escapes to at least once a year. It’s luxury all the way but it has a health/wellness theme so you’re not sure if your fiancé will be happy with all the “healthy meals” and the lack of TV in the room. You find yourself confused and wondering if there is someone out there that can give you real assistance. To answer your question, yes there is, and it will be my pleasure to help.

I’ve gathered a list of great honeymoon destinations based on varying factors. After you read this list you will see that there is not one bad option, you just have to choose based on the experience you are looking for in your ideal honeymoon.

Riviera Maya, Mexico

The quality of service and food is wonderful and there is a wide selection of resorts that fit everyone’s personality. From the over-the-top private plunge pools to small, luxury boutique resorts that offer personalized service.

Puerto Rico

Although the island DOES NOT offer any all-inclusive resorts, there is no need for one here. The island has an amazing nightlife, plenty of activities (the longest zipline in the world), amazing diving and even surfing lessons. From small inns to 5-star resorts, there is a wide range of properties to suit everyone’s taste.

St. Lucia

Considered the most romantic island in the Caribbean, St. Lucia is in a class of its own. Between the Pitons, volcanoes, black sand beaches, excursions and breathtaking views you can be assured your experience will be exotic and super romantic. There is something for everyone on the islands and no one will be bored.

Bali, Indonesia

In the land of meditation and yoga, if you saw the movie or read the book “Eat, Pray, Love” then you have an idea of the beauty found in Bali. Airfare to Bali may be the largest expense but when you are there, your accommodations, food and attractions are quite reasonable. You can have a once-in-a-lifetime experience at a surprisingly modest investment.

Maldives

Located on the Indian Ocean, the Maldives are a group of idyllic islands that are very popular with VIPs and celebrities due to the breathtaking landscape and privacy. The Maldives have over 2/3 of the world’s over-water bungalows making this an ideal location.

Seychelles

A very popular location with royalty (Prince William and Kate & Princess Madelaine and husband Chris O’Neill both honeymooned there) the Seychelles Islands are unique in that half of the islands have been formed on granite rock. There are huge granite boulders on the beaches making them a location unlike any other in the world.

South Africa

Southern Africa is one of the most popular destinations for travelers and for good reason. It is one of the most romantic places on earth, and a luxurious combination of African style and European flair can be found here. Southern African romance does not disappoint those seeking solitude, beauty, wildlife, and luxury. An 11-day South African adventure complete with game drives, wine tasting, and a 3-day island relaxation escape is a higher investment but well worth it! Just like your marriage, you will have memories to last a lifetime!

As you can see, you have many options you have when it comes to your honeymoon. No matter what your budget is, you can have a once-in-a-lifetime, luxurious romantic getaway. All it takes is a little time spent with an expert who will get to know you and design your ideal honeymoon. Schedule some time to meet with me today and let’s get started!
