Vacation in France

Unlike Anywhere Else

Provence, France

When you think of France, you may envision Paris or perhaps Versailles. But in contrast to the grey skies found in northern France, Provence may be a beautiful alternative offering you the warmth and beauty of the Mediterranean sun. For the nature lover, Provence boasts rolling hills full of small farms, sunflowers, olive groves, and lavender fields. A drive along the countryside provides the fragrances of rosemary, sage, and thyme, the herbs that grow in this region, and flavor the recipes from the local cuisine.

The Cote d’Azur (French Riviera) is a glorious stretch of the Mediterranean coastline name for its deep azure-blue waters, mesmerizing cerulean skies, and some of the most beautiful weather in this area of the south of France.  This area begins at Saint-Tropez, a million-dollar yacht port with amazing private beaches, and extends all the way to Menton, less than 20 miles from Ventimiglia, Italy.  This is a popular summer vacation destination with spring and fall bringing milder weather with a more relaxing environment.

While there, you must visit Nice to experience the good life, taking in art museums and leisurely strolls along the beautiful, picturesque cobblestone, palm-fringed streets. Cannes, known for the famous film festival, and Monaco are lavish resort towns featuring luxury hotels, gourmet restaurants, and yacht-filled marinas.

Restful, decadent nights can be enjoyed at the likes of the Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat in St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, France or the Hotel Byblos Saint-Tropez. Go ahead, indulge… you deserve it!
