As we rely on the contracts with our travel partners, most of our work is at no cost to you. Should we require a small service fee, that fee is deducted from your final vacation balance. Therefore, there is no cost to use CWTs services.

Some vacations require payment in full while others will allow you to make an initial deposit and payments along the way. Check with your individual agent for a full explanation of your specific vacation package.

Your luxury vacation is an investment. And while no one wants to postpone or cancel their trip, we know circumstances do come up. It is not mandatory and the decision is absolutely up to our client, however, we recommend it in most instances and can provide it for you as part of your vacation package.

CWT accepts all major credit cards, cashiers checks, and money orders. Personal checks are not accepted.

Each airline has its own guidelines. Your travel consultant will give you specific details based on your airline and current rules and regulations at the time of travel

Passport and Visa guidelines are dependent on citizenship and the country to which you are traveling. We will share the requirements for your travel based on your vacation itinerary.

To get a new passport, you must go to a local passport acceptance facility. Some passport acceptance facilities require appointments. Many provide passport photos for a fee. Passport acceptance facilities can be post offices, libraries, or county courts. All Things Passport
